Default Vintage & Classic Cars Rally?

NCR guys, any information on a vintage & classic car rally that was flagged off today? I was on my way back home after dropping the kids to school at 7.30 this morning and I was lucky to see a number of these beauties sailing along the NH8 heading towards ?????? (Sariska maybe?)- they had stickers which said something about the Roar of the Tiger and they also had stickers of Heritage Motoring Club of India (that's Delhi based isn't it?).

Sorry for being sketchy but I was in a rush & trying to read while you're at 100 kmph plus on a highway is a recipe for disaster so I just picked up glimpses. Buick, Chevrolet, Dodge, a couple of Willys jeeps from the WWII era (immaculately done in military colors & details) - oh, I was cursing myself that it wasn't a Saturday else I would have pulled over & done some big time drooling .

And here's a pic of one that I just HAD to slow down to take - pardon the poor quality because shooting from a moving truck at 70 kmph is not guaranteed to give best results but nevertheless -

Ain't she a beauty?

Yes Suman, got news last evening that today morning there was a launch of the HMCI rally to Ranthambore at 6am from opposite the WWF office in Delhi.

P.S. HMCI is that faction of the Delhi Vintage which is headed by Diljeet Titus.

Thanks Speedy - was the rear number plate changed subsequently? It looks a little different (if you double click my link to see picture in actual size, you'll know what I'm referring to)

amatmo those are standard wheel caps for the mustang so you would have plenty of mustangs with them. the colour too seem to be a favourite with mustang owners and two cars can have the same colour.
the car is from delhi and does not sport a TMP number.

yes when i did take the pictures the number plate is in a single line and your picture shows double. it must have been changed recently. i had taken the pictures a few months back and i have not gone back to meet the owner and see the car.

yes on closer inspection i did find both the cars are different. the onle posted by suman does not have a drivers side mirror while the one posted by me has it. the number plates are also different letterings ( double and single line).
sorry suman but none the less a clear veiw of the 67 mustang.
