Default Fiat 1954

A much loved car in the family, unfortunately abandoned.Restoration project for 2009, sure going to be expensive, but then too many memories to let her go.
Cheers,
SG

An Austin A40 Somerset lying unattended at the garage where I'd picked up my Standard companion from.
It appears to have been done up and then left unfinished! Pity about the state of the black paint!

Am glad to see more and more people restoring their family Fiats, especially Mercedes collectors

The car looks pretty neat, wish you all the best for the restoration. We have many Fiat gurus on the forum which should answer most of your questions. Cheers!

I'd say it is American, a small Chevy perhaps? I can't tell if it is a rare Model A hard top coupe.

The car in the back is an Ambassador Mk 1, not a Landmaster.

Then I guess it should be in RUST IN PIECES thread!

As for what car it is, my first guess- ford Model A tudor??

Although the wheels, I suspect, are not original to the car.

Incidentally, I guess this originally was some nawAb's car?

Any more cars there?

From top to bottom they are a Fiat Millecento, Citroen Traction Avant, Standard Vanguard Phase 3 and a choptop Humber. Subject to correction.

Default Rusted Merc

This merc was lying near Wings Garage, Bangalore (sarjapur road). The car has been lying here for months now. I could not take a picture of the front part. Apologies for the bad quality of pictures, yet to figure out my camera setting . Guess the car parked next to the merc in the first pic.

cheers:

Nice Morris there, Pavan. What say Stanher-Shyam/Karl, we give a 7.5 to the White one and a Standard 10 to the black covered fella?
