Remembered another classic (Studebaker or DeSoto) on Cubbon Road. I think it is cream colour. Went to take photos, but they had covered the car with a cover, and tied ropes around it. The watchman told me the car car belongs to the company that does its operations from here. Does anyone know of this car?
If you're coming down Cubbon Road from Minsk Square side, immediately after crossing the Central Street junction, there's a large compound with a board saying Venson. I think this is a packing and moving company. From the gate itself, you can see a large automobile under a blue cover.
Will try to speak to the owner about taking photos.

That car is under restoration for over 3 yrs now.Altough its a neat car the body requires a bit of attention.

I had taken these pictures in september 2007, when it was uncovered. Many people have enquired for buying, but the owner is reluctant. Have you tried your luck?

I've tried talking to people about this car, They say this was owned since 30 yrs by VENSON people.

They are not selling this car.

I wanted to capture the Herald for you, but by the time i could get there, the mechanic drove it away, He took it to change tyres stan.

Will surely capture it some time later.

That brown beetle was looking so nice but somehow could notice that large chasiss twist, sad it looked out of sorts, The photo shows the twisted front.

One cars among them must be the rover. There are lot many cars there guys, will post them as they come.

Could not get my eyes off these beauties.

The mechanic there insisted one photo of Beetle with him.

As this was just by chance didnt have a camera, my mobile converted for a makeshift camera, sorry for the average pics.

And yes they are the Khoday's collection. Though i know they have more, this mechanic was getting little grumpy and shooing me away, so only managed to get hold of few pics.

There is a Traction Avant also there , some rolls, Some Benz, Some Jonga's, Some Jeeps, Some chevy's and lots more.

For sale!, there's nothing, shockingly that guy over there said, Sir your VW Beetle looks bad and is completely not original, pls sell it off, and guess what, he says he'll get me a great piece.

I go to him next day and says i have cash pls show me the Beetle, He wants me to sell my Beetle (The ever so rare 1500)to him first and only later he'll show me the car.

How creepy can people get.
