There were 3 scooters at the Rally this time:
Sujith1100's 1965 LI 125 S3
Srivathsa_Sathya's 1960 Innocenti LI 150 S2
Sidman's 1970 API LI 150 S2

And now, onto the stars of the show, the bikes. Srivathsa's 1960 Lambretta is a really special one. Been well taken care of throughout (still in original paint!), it has so many original Innocenti parts, you can't help but envy the owner!
Sujith's LI 125 S3 is a rarity. These were never assembled in India, so we can be pretty sure this scoot is an import! There are very few examples in India. Nice peppy scoot....we hope to see it undergo a restoration in early 2010!
And my newly restored bike, looking and running almost as good as a showroom vehicle!

Lovely! Congrats, well done!

And also on the rally! The 1960 s2 looks nicely-preserved, just the side-dome badges would complete it.

And of course, needless to say your scoot looks smashing! Until mine isn't done atleast!

You should have brought it along, Arun!

Good suggestion! We will consider this for the next Rally!

Bring it on, Guruve! You are eligible to be a member of our Club actually. The Priya is technically an old-style scoot, though it was manufactured in the 80's as well. Send me a PM with your email id, and list of classics (the bus, the bug, etc) that you own!

Glad you could make it! Yeah, the cover looks lovely on your scoot! Love the mudguard bumper and rear rack on your scoot...looking for similar ones myself. All your steed needs is the side shield badges to complete the picture.

Sid,

the logo looks fantastic, and sorry for not being there for the meet, since I had to be in the office for an important meeting that day. Let me know if you have planned the next meet? and I shall deifinitely make it.

Good going,

Srisha

The logo was Lambro's brainchild, and was rendered by a pro graphics artist. Thanks Lambro (Gokul)! Girish, have kept aside 2 covers for you.

Gokul is looking into the printing of stickers, and will let us know when he zeroes in on a good deal.
