May his soul rest in peace, a very industrious person, one of the pillars of the vintage car domain in India possibly Asia.

God give strength to his family.

Its indeed a great loss to the Indian Classic and Vintage car culture of India.

May his Soul R.I P.

But his legacy still lives on through his collection of cars.

Indeed a "Black band day" in the Indian Classic and Vintage car circles. It is a huge & irreparable loss. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bhogilal on more than 4 ocassions at his castle in Bombay and also speaking to him on several instances over the phone. He was very knowledgeable person and extremely passionate about all his cars and use to very enthusiastically share stories about his favourite cars. I very distincly remember the ones he shared on his 12 Cylinder 1937 RR Phantom III as well as the RR which he bought from Maharaja of Kota which is very aptly named after his daugher. May his soul rest in peace.

Was shocked when I received the SMS yesterday. God bless his soul, and may his family find the strength to cope with this loss.

This is indeed very sad news and a tragic loss for his family and the indian vintage car collectors community. May he find his rightful place amongst other stalwarts in heaven and his legacy in the form of his beloved machines live on forever. RIP Pranlal Bhogilal, gone but surely not forgotten.

RIP Mr Bhogilal. In my journey from a wide eyed kid to an enthusiast of Vintage and Classic Cars/Bikes, your name always came up tops. And will forever.

Am sorry to hear this sad news. We lose an icon in the automobile world - a soft spoken and genteel person who had both passion and knowledge about Vintage cars.

I will treasure the fact that I once had the privilege of meeting him in person in 1993.

Being new to this forum I don't know about Mr.Pranlal Bhogilal, But the pics of his collection shows how passionate he was. Obviously it is a great loss to his family and the old car enthusiasts.
May his soul rest in peace and let the all mighty give his family the required strength to bear his loss.

Though I have never had the pleasure to meet with Mr. Bhogilal, as a kid my uncle used to tell me fantastic stories about how Mr. Bhogilal would always come in a different car to pick him up while visiting Bombay.

My condolences to his family at this irreparable loss.

Sad to hear about this as was constantly seeing pictures of creations of Mr. Bhogilal in some automotive magazine or the other.

Classic Car restorers are a rare breed and he was an icon.

(I am least interested in classics, but for one know how much he means to classic Car enthusiasts in our country)
