Now for the main pictures that everyone has been waiting for!

First up, the "BluffMaster" Mustang!

Note the Chin below the front bumper

Another old Buick I think (could be wrong again though!)

Now for the two real beauties!

A 114 SL coupe with a manual gearbox!

Note the fantstic interiors!

This car simply stole my heart! Simple, Beautiful & Wonderfully Elegant!! I would really, really like to own one of these at some point of time in life!

Great stuff Ishan. The Merc is ABSOLUTELY fabulous. Keep the pictures coming. When do we see the chargers. (Not the Nokia one which you have ).

As for the cars they are either owned by the garage guy or there for restoration. At last count the garage owner had 53 cars of his own!!! At the garage there were about 20+ cars when I visited & it was chock-a-block full! He sells but then you know what the prices will be like.

A little correction here sir, The cars an Oldsmobile not a Morris

ANd No way are his 53 cars for sale, if he found out you said that hed leave his well bred Rottwielers, one after you and the rest after me

You're right Ishan it is an old Buick, a 1927 to be precise

And the Mercs not an SL, its a 114 coupe - six cyl engine 250 hence 114 not 115

Wheres the "PIECE DE RESISTANCE" Merc, and what about the story of the 1953 Buick?

And here is the ultimate treat, THE GREATEST 600! (Ask any African Dictator!)

The humongous 6.3L V8 powerplant!

Note the Yorke Compressor

Now seeing this car really made my day! And thanks to some dear friends for arranging this amazing trip (You know who you are!)

More pictures from the Delhi collection to follow soon. Till then enjoy & keep tuned....

Of course not sir! I know they are not for sale but he might think about them if the price is right eh?

Thank you atleast I got one correct (no doubt due to your help!) and of course apologies about another mistake. And the real Merc is above now!

P.S. You want me to narrate the story of the Buick here?

According to the garage owner it was a V8. We couldn't check personally since there were too many cars to check out at that point of time and we didn't have time to open & check every detail on them, we just saw what we could.

I believe the owner is a member here, he can elaborate better.
