When I tried to sell it 3 years back, I got a quote of 55K. After that I spent 20K on alloys+tubeless tyres and used it till now.

I don't know how effective will be searching in the thread - say if I wish to buy a used Santro 2003 model, or if I wish to sell my existing OHC 2001 model.

Mods, do we have a possibility of having a dedicated database just for the cars models, wherein searching would be more easy and organised.

Just like the threads and posts are organised in the bulletin board database.
That way, all I would do is to fill in the details like year, Km, value etc - against the car model already existing in the database.
These details would be collated and shown to anyone searching for a particular model.

That would make it pretty usable/valuable. Something like carwale's valuation. However this would be based on actual buying/selling.

Dont know about the resale... but just bought an October 2007 Mitsubishi cedia sports, chicago white for Rs.5 lac. 22k on the od, serviced 3 times, 1k, 10k, 20k. Left front door changed and painted. Rest in brand new condition. How crap resale was that for a person who paid 10.3 lacs for the car....
