If the vehicle is in immaculate condition, the price should be around 6L.
Can you take a look at the service history(you can get printout from any Tata A.S.S) and see if any "non scheduled" repairs have taken place?
If you post the list here, it will be easier to see if its really in immaculate condition.

A colleague is selling Pearl silver color Baleno Lxi (2005 Model) . It’s a single owner car and has driven about 15,000/- kms. Car has been upgraded to Alloy wheels, tubeless tyres and rear spoiler (these are the features available in Baleno Vxi). Car is in very good condition and service record is available.

If the details given out are true, then real good buy.
Just keep some money in hand for a clutch replacement (since its a lady driven, and ladies can never ever drive well)

madho if you get it done by the authorised dealer it would cost you max 8k

As for the clutch, you better not get it done from Honda. You can prob source a better clutch of the same make for around 3.5-4k. Just enquire with some of the bbay members like VIPER, FORD ROCAM etc who own moded OHCs.

Can you help me with the market rate for the below Vehicle. Actually, since I moved to Bangalore, i am in a dilemma whether to sell this in Chennai and go for a new one in Bang or just pay LTT and use its or.... So, price is sort of deciding factor for me now....

I checked with True Value in chennai [Popular] during my last month service and they quoted 2.6Lac. I bought this from Popular and its serviced by them. So, possibly they know the vehicle.

So, seems that is the market value for this. Thanks.

Then possibly I think I should just give it there during next visit to Chennai.

I am also checking for LTT through Driving school. Let me see if thats reasonable, then i would go for that.

Yep you should be getting around 2.6L and that's a neat price.
I would suggest yu to keep this vehicle.
Zen is a marvellous car
