Been following closely; great effort, great planning, great event.

Pl give GPS co-ordinates of Sancheti, Lonavala or some landmarks near it or explain the location, tried to find in Google maps, could not. Based on leaves, thinking of participating or being there somehow, few of us from A'bad will decide soon.

How far/ near from Hotel Metropole, opp. Railway Station, Lonavala is Sanchet? Thinking of staying at Metropole for the event. Thanks.

hello friends, i have been continuously following this thread for the fees structure, but unable to find it as it was supposed to be posted last week itself and one more thing, can a new passenger join in at the last moment? i have already uploaded two passenger forms, but a third one is likely to join in at the last moment!!

The costs are posted in the initial opening posts itself. Only the bank details are still not out.

If the passenger is traveling in your vehicle, we may be able to accommodate him. However, we need to know it by 15th June lastest. Nothing after that.

Spot registrations may not get the registration bag. It will depend on availability and first come first serve basis.

I am confirming my participation along with my girlfriend.
We will be there only as passengers/observers during our passage through the area as a part of our drive from Mumbai to Kolkata.

Which means that I am looking for someone to adopt us in their Jeeps.
Will be sending our application forms in soon.

Can Fazal saab or someone else adopt the two of us ?

I am travelling as passenger with AVR in his jeep from Ahmedabad. I emailed you the registration form and photo graph at your mentioned email address in the opening posts.
