We have only 3 weeks for the event. We have yet to make lot of logistic arrangements. Request the participants to transfer the monies immediately. Based on the confirmations and money receipts , we organizers have a great task of working out expenses exactly to actual number of participants.

I hope you would appreciate our views and take immediate step to transfer the money and send the transaction details and date of transfer.
