| ![]() DNo problem genesis. I would like to know if i could join as a single day spectator in my own vehicle ? No participation in any events, manage my own resources, assist the o team, just to be with the gang and sniff some fresh village air . If that is ok with you. |

Do as the Gulbarga gang did. Had a lengthy discussion with Matin yesterday. As per him "Mahindra Yuvaraj" brand of tractor comes with 18 inch wheel, whose pcd is 139.7. The tractor rear wheel+Tyre combo costs Rs 9000 (with tube and fits like a glove on the 18 inch rim). These tyres are good for every kind of terrain rock, mud, inclines, slush (they are meant to work in paddy fields). and good on the tarmac too.Plus if at all there is uneven wear, you get to claim warranty (Matin claimed for one tyre). Afterall no tractor company wants to mess with a farmer. As per the gulbarga boy, there is excellant traction. Now need to verify the truth behind that. ![]() | |

Distinguished - BHPian ![]() ![]() | ![]() Dear Participants, Final reminder for those who need hotel reservations for 12th night, please reach out to us so we can block rooms for you. For details email: mcube(at)mudcats(dot).in Note: this hotel is not the same one as the one we have blocked for 13-14th. PS: carry your swimming trunks! Looking forward to meeting old friends and making new ones! ![]() EDIT: Dear Behram, blocking a spot for you. You have to come along and show the chokras a bit or two about offroading and meet up with the gang. No excuses! And if you get some heavy weight prototype from the Tata stable for testing, who are we to complain? ![]() Last edited by GTO : 5th July 2012 at 12:50. Reason: U = You |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Looking at the way the event is being organised, its just getting bigger and better by the year i guess. I had the opportunity to participate in 2010 & it was real good. Wanted to get in this year since i got the Gypsy now however had prior plans for the same dates. But since i am going to be in lonavala on the same weekend, i do hope to catch a glimpse of all the vehicles and also hope to meet the few people i know like Imran, Devang, Tejas, Allan etc. All the best guys. Keep Rocking. Cheers. |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Thanks Tejas for putting up the pie chart and the numbers. Sorry guys who could not accommodated this year, really sorry but the above are those, who finished all formalities before you (we did say numbers were limited). The above pie chart is the total and final number of confirmed participants and (Does Not Include A Single Member Of The O Team) as none of the O team vehicles will be participating. Hope you guys have all checked your vehicles and are rearing to go. Looking forward to seeing you at the event. Take Care. Last edited by V-16 : 5th July 2012 at 16:37. Reason: adding text |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Dear O Team, Thanks for the effort that you have put in, for the event. The Jeep count has gone up from the proposed 40 to actual 50, as per the figures below. Nice numbers from KA this year. How many were serious late comers who couldn't be accommodated? Is the final 'Drivers List' ready for publishing? Regards, |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Hi, Awesome & meticulous planning underway is obvious. Great effort by all involved, thanks guys. It is nice to see a whole lot of familiar faces in the pic and familiar names in the lists (no pics). Looking forward to meeting all of you again. Pictures of the trail indicate that it is going to be great fun. Viji raised the issue of support. You just might be glad to know that we have more passengers than vehicles so you could barter a ride for muscle power ![]() Looking forward to this event. Cheers, |
