Thanks Deepak, I'm sure that the experience is going to be enriching and even if I'm not able to conquer all obstacles, I'll surely feel more connected to my jeep and have a bunch of friends to hang out with more often

Hi Buddies,
The Oteam has been getting many queries from most Participants. Thought I shall just clarify a few of them.

1. Is the event in the Forest Land?
Ans: No, it on the outskirts of Bangalore and the land is private.

2. Can we come with our Families?
Ans: The resort where we have arranged our Stay is a Adventure Club and is in close range. You are welcome with your families. If your women and children wish to stay back in the resort and avoid the trail they are most welcome (No jeeper would agree to this) . The resort offers a few activities like Basketball, Trekking, Camping, Rock Climbing, Cross Country Cycling, Rafting, Water Sports, Fishing, Tent Pitching, Paint Ball Activity, Archery, Hill Running, Rope Courses. which can be arranged on request. Or else just chill at the lovely lawns spread across the resort. will try and send some pictures of the place after the next week Recce.

3. Do we need Lockers, Crawlers equipped in our 4X4s?
Ans: The trail does not need Crawler gears or Diff Locks.

4. Is Mud Terrain tyres compulsory?
Ans: Having MTs is just going to help you in the Slush stage. And incase you are stuck there will be recovery vehicles to help you out of the slush. And the other 3 trails is not very tyre sensitive.

5. Will we damage our vehicles?
Ans: The trial is very different from that of last years. Last year we had thick jungle Bushes through out the trail. This time the trail is in a much more open space where you seldom scratch you vehicles. However the Trail has its tricky points where one needs to drive carefully and listen to spotters.

6. Can i come as a spectator?
Ans: The entry into the resort is restricted to participants of the event only. Any outsider will not be allowed into the resort during these days. If one wishes to come to only see the event it may not be possible. However you can join us as a participant and accommodate with a few jeepers and stay with us for the entire 2 days.

7. Does the place serve alcoholic beverages.
Ans: The resort does not have permission to serve alcohol and is restricted.

8. Is this a competition?
Ans: This is a completely non competitive event. The event has 4 sectors and participants will have to complete 2 sectors a day. The trails vary from slush, rocks, climbs etc.
