Hi folks,

We organisers have met over and finalised on the event dates and modalities for pulling through.

25th and 26th January 2013 are the dates of Bangalore Annual Offroading Event. As always we strive to give you a experience to cherish. Recces will start from this week end and extensive contribution in terms of time and effort of each and every marshal will see this event succeed.

Participants will reach the OTR camp site on 24th Evening in a convoy. Assembly venue will be announced much in advance to the date. 24th and 25th Night stay and food on all three days will be taken care. Participants who wish to stay overnight on 26th jan after the event ends, may please make their own arrangement and travel home on 27th jan, being sunday.

Come to the base line. Participation fee is fixed at Rs. 3,600 per individual Participant for both the days. Entry resticted for max of 100 vehicles and 200 participants. Last date for payment of participation fee is 7th of January. Bank details will given here shortly.

Please confirm your participation and pay up the money along with confirmation to avoid last minute rush to the bank.

For the offroaders who wish to stay back on 26th evening at the camp, full fledged permanent nightstay is available with a maximum of 40 beds. the costs are as below:

Night stay - Rs. 600 per person
Night Dinner - Rs. 250 per person
Morning Breakfast - Rs. 125 per person.

The above costs are payable directly to the camp owner, but confirmation is required in advance to facilitate stay.

Dear Fazal Bhai,

Keeping in view of last years OTR, we the Oteam felt another Offroad in the treacherous bamboo and bush forest had its issues in terms of a an organising point of view, many vehicles break down and scratches on many machines and also an environmental perspective.
We have decided to keep this years OTRs in private property and not deep forest for the first time. We have identified large parcels of hilly farm land nearby and also a resort close to it which will take care of all our stay, food supplies, camp requirements etc. And the Oteam is full focused on the trail.
The trail has slush patches, hilly terrain, some rock faces etc. There isnt much of bushes like last year. This will be lesser damaging to vehicles and more demanding from a driver. Bangalore OTRs have always been one of the toughest in terms of terrain on one oneside and a large gathering of Jeepers on the other. We have kept both in mind in this OTR, and will not disappoint you. Looking forward to meeting you all.
