More info from their website.

The EXPO
A credible, authoritative and stand-alone event devoted to the burgeoning off-road culture in India. The primary objective is to enhance the engagement of key stakeholders of the off-roading culture (car and bike manufacturers + accessory / after market players + clubs & events) with not just the off-roading enthusiast but the general public viewing this exciting new lifestyle/culture from the fringes. The event will be experiential – enthusiasts and the general public will not only be able to touch and feel these machines but will also get to experience their capabilities and drive on specially built off-road tracks. The event aims to educate the country at large on the subject of off-roading; a culture that is fast gathering momentum.

Muddy Evenings

Muddy Evenings is an initiative to promote and propagate the culture of off-roading. We're getting the dirtiest people in the business (also known as the most experienced!) to come up and talk about the various aspects of off-roading. Planned are hands-on workshops on how to use off-road equipment, we've got champions to come and talk about their experiences and we've got industry heads to come talk about where they see this whole explosion going. It will be an informal, highly interactive and informative way of engaging with off-road enthusiasts and newbies and we would like you to be a part of this. The conversations will be a Q&A format moderated by evo India editor Sirish Chandran and will be interactive with questions taken from the audience. Entry is free but seats are limited to register now Time: 5 pm onwards on sat and sun.

The Awards

CONCEPT
OFF ROAD AWARDS is a platform to recognize excellence in the off-roading space. This includes vehicles (two- and four-wheelers), people, equipment, suppliers and events. The awards are designed to engage with the off-roading community and bring together all the stakeholders on a common platform.

WHY?
Over the past few years off-roading has progressed from a niche activity accessible to the very few to a rapidly growing sport that not only has spawned world-class off-roading events (and attendant vehicles) but has broad-based into weekend leisure activities to involve the entire family. Over the years highly-engaged communities of passionate enthusiasts have mushroomed all over the country and today every major city has not one but a couple of off-roading clubs, all of which boast serious memberships and all of whom conduct events almost every weekend. These guys are passionate automotive enthusiasts who have the wherewithal and are spending serious money on their passion – and the audience is influential and loyal.
Manufacturers too are offering a wide range of products in the off-roading space. Be it a hard-core SUV or a soft-roader that will rarely see any mud-plugging action, today almost every manufacturer boasts of at least a couple of SUVs in their portfolio, while two-wheeler manufacturers are gearing up for a concerted push into this segment. Ally that with specialized off-road manufacturers introducing new concepts like ATVs and off-road buggies and highly-specialised off-road equipment suppliers catering to the demands of an increasingly informed audience and you have the makings of a segment that is set to explode.
Indians are also getting serious about the sport. Not only are manufacturers going out of their way to get people to experience the capabilities of their SUVs by putting together events of varying degrees of toughness for their customer base but we now have world-class events being staged in the country. The Raid-de-Himalaya is part of the FIA Rally Raid calendar, for the first time an Indian rider and Indian team (separately) took part in the world-renowned Dakar rally and we also had Indians in the Malaysian Rain Forest Challenge – all of it marks the coming of age of off-roading in the country.
The OFF ROAD AWARDS are designed to recognize and award excellence in this field.

INVOLVING THE COMMUNITY
The idea behind holding the OFF ROAD AWARDS alongside the OFF ROAD EXPO is to bring together the entire off-roading community. A panel of eminent experts have chosen the categories, nominees and finalists and the Awards themselves will be presented by eminent personalities in the off-road space. These are people who walk the talk: people who spend money in buying, modifying and deploying the full performance of their off-roaders and are the perfect audience for manufacturers to engage with.

ENGAGEMENT
Get Muddy! is the theme of the OFF ROAD EXPO as well as the OFF ROAD AWARDS. We hope you will come in sturdy boots, engage with the off-roading community at the Awards and then experience a range of off-roaders on specially built off-roading tracks at the venue itself.
Car and bike industry people know their products inside out – we want to give them an opportunity to sample their competitor’s offerings as well as having a go in some seriously modified off-roaders. We want to engage the community!

Great to hear. I see BHPian Tejas is one of the speakers . Hope someone uploads the Q&A to Youtube for us.

Keep your expectations realistic and you'll have fun. Don't expect an RFC-type turnout of 4x4s. It'll mostly be a lot of manufacturer showcases, with (maybe) a couple of modded vehicles & part supplier stalls. More for the budding enthusiast than a seasoned offroader. Nevertheless, it'll definitely be a fun couple of hours and I'd have visited if it was in Mumbai.

Plus, such events certainly help getting more people 4-wheeling...that's always a good thing.
