Hi! Any clue if there are any offroading training courses being offered in Delhi/NCR anytime soon?

I don't think there is any training course in NCR. However, you can do some off roading under supervision and guidance at ORAZ (Off Road Adventure Zone) in Gurgaon.

No idea. Please note that it is not a trainig ground. It is more of a experience center. I guess for 3-3.5 K you can experience basic offroading is their Gypsies with an instructor you will guide you. You can also take rides with the expert drivers to get a hang of it all. I suggest you visit this place if you have even a tiny bit of interest in off roading.

Best will be to ping .anshuman/ Ace 5355, join his group and you will learn in few outings. This is provided you have your own 4x4. If not, you can go Oraz, ask for Vikram and tell you are member of TeamBhp. He will give you better prices.
