Distinguished - BHPian ![]() ![]() | ![]() Getting back to the Judo/Gurkha topic. I spoke to the gentleman who owns the Judo. It's the non-turbo version without the PS. He has installed an after market A/C with the 508 compressor so the cooling should be good for the large interior space. The advantage of the non-turbo is that it is the older pre-bs II version without any engine electronics so the water fording capabilities are much better than the newer ones with the electronic components. The disadvantage is that the non turbo version actually has lower torque. NA OM616 68 bhp/ 130 Nm Torque Turbo OM616 99 bhp/177b Nm Torque. If this vehicle had the Turbo OM616 with the Power Steering, I would have bought it at a heartbeat. The fact that it is a NA version without the PS is holding me back.
