NCR OTR on 20th DEC 08

Hi All

the next NCR OTR is planned on the 20th of Dec, Saturday morning. The plan is to congregate in Gurgaon at 8am and then go to Manesar for the OTR.

All intrested, please cotact the NIOC mods.

I plan to be there for this one. Will be there with wife, hopefully not too many rocks or bushes, only slush pits.
From the pics of older OTRs it appears that there is always an alternate easier path available for "soft roaders!"

he he he.. which soft roader you have Tanveer? Safari? Come on man. It's not a soft roader. It's a very capable off-roader and believe me you yourself will be surprised when you take it out on some tough terrains.

Having said that, in almost most of the terrains between point A & Point B, there will be severals paths that one can take. So no need to risk and not necessary to take the paths that jeeps/gypsies take.

Do go for this one and enjoy the winter sun.

Please get in touch with Sarvinder Singh (MOD) as he is compiling the list of jeepers for the OTR. We will be meeting at the residence of one of the Jeepers at 7.45 am in Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. I will pm you his contact details.

Guys, my coming is 50-50 till now. Since I am going to be travelling in another couple of days, and the weekend is going to be very hectic.
Once the christmas-new years period gets over, we will definitely come to the event.

anyways, I have the map and directions and the phone numbers, and if things do work out, will be in Gurgaon before 8!

I may not be able to come as (bit embarrasing) our baby maid has done a runner, so I may be the baby maid over the weekend. We are hoping to get another one by today afternoon but if it dosent work out I will have to skip this one.

Bit unfair to leave wife with 6 month old child all alone.

Guys,

My coming is 90% done.

Since I am yet to get my hands on my Jeep, I will be coming in my accent or my friend's Ikon. I have confirmed this with RBS and other NIOC mods.

I will surely do that if I am coming via that way.

If my friend is accompanying, I might come via Dwarka so will take the Expressway.
