Great pictures. im totally clueless about all the 4X4 jargon here but the photos show that off roading is quite a lot of fun..

especially liked the below vehicle. looks quite "smart". by the way is it possible to tune these vehicles for good performance ( like 80-100bhp ) and for a comfortable ride on good roads ? - i mean purely for a "pose value highway muncher" !! ?

Juicy, Juicy!!!

Look forward to the plans for the wet season...my baby should be up and gunning by then. Watch out folks!

And Narayanan: Sure you can! Plonk an Isuzu motor, and you have a highway mile muncher. However, your jeep's picture is never going to find place in threads like these. Pose value? Hell yeah! Getting down and dirty? Heck no!

This is really scary, please TBHPians stay away while conducting a recovery / class using winch or wire. This is extreamly dangerous and at times the cable tend to cut and cause fatal damages to people standing close.

Even somebody conduct any kind of test or instruction please maintain safety first.

While winching everybody knew the consequences so everybody took care of themselves. before winching instructions where given to everybody do not stand nearby.

@rippergeo, ex670c, K_S, Sha, JayD, MM440, SYJ, MathewJ:

Great pictures and wonderful write-up. Took me full 2 hours to go through the entire thread - and it was well worth it!! You guys have had some great fun!

@Arka: Just curious - don't the Chennai cops bother you about the split registration plate on your Jeep?

Cheers
