We have noted that We have lesser number of vechiles there this time. As some of our regulars are travelling

To have a current status kindly state you Vechile for the OTR.

Further The Jeepers without vechile pls arrange your ride with Jeeper with the Vechile.

It is imperitive that there is no awakward situation at the time of assembly.

As of now as per TBHP members vechile status stands like this

1. Ankit - Gypsy + Harjeev & Arjun + Food

2. Aman Sachdev - Tata Safari 4x4

3. Amit - I already have 3 Pax with me

4. Arjun - is rding with Ankit as his Gypsy is gone for Winch installation

5. Ashutosh - 550 - +1

6. ???

Pls confirm the the Vechile and your ride ASAP

Hello All

Please note that all (with or wothout jeep) are to carry:-

• 2 litres of drinking water per person
• sufficient food (sandwiches, Seekh kebabs, rotis, aloo parathas, whatever you can think of) for yourself and little extra to share

The OTR will finish post lunch so carry food and water accordingly

I will surely get 3 lts of water and around 15 parathas.
I am also coming with 1 tow rope,
1 shovel (if I am able to get one tomorrow),
2 wooden planks (2.8ft x 1ft x 2inch).

@ Ankit can you pls confirm I Shyamjee is coming we can use his vechile also.

2 vechiles that can accomodate are

Confirmed with Shyam Ji last night. He has 1 person with him and can acomodate 2 more.

@Somen - there is sufficient room but you may have to drive to gurgaon (Amit's or Laxman Sir's place) and leave your car there

Hey all,
Sanjeev will also be coming in his 550 and I think that max Prabh will be with him. So his jeep will too accommodate 3-4 pax.
I think that we are sufficiently stocked.
So we will be able to accommodate Ym-enjn from Jaipur too.

BTW I will be getting cooked mutton along tandoori rotis for the lunch.

Brings back memory of the 20th Dec OTR! I will try to get veg/non-veg sandwiches in case Ankit has some space left in his gypsy for two of us

I have no idea about the route past Hauz Khas! The only time i went was with Mandeep and Jes and it was not very clear to me. I can drive down provided i go in a convoy! Will talk to Ankit and confirm.

Now that I have overcome the biggest challenge of this trip which is 'convincing my wife' all other things seems to be too easy... lol..

I'll soon PM 4x4 owners to book my place.
And as the route is not from NH8, it will be DLF all the way.

Hi All

Latest update from RBS Mod of NIOC:

Due to popular demand the venue for the 21st OTR has been changed to
Manesar track, as the Behrampur track has shrunk because of the
development of roads and buildings. The slushy portions have also been
fenced off. We cannot get into these fenced up portions as Sudeep and
his fence cutter are not around !

Hence we join up at 7.30am near the Signature Tower flyover. SSS Mod will come to this venue via the DLF Golf Course and pick up any
stragglers.

Guys,

As per MOD Sarvinder jee and MOD Rabinderajee pls note the following details

Romijee, has confirmed his participation with 2 Jeeps, so there is space for more paidal jeepers.

Kindly also note that the Track has changed to 'Manesar Track'.

Therefore the meeting point is at Liquor shop outside Signature Towers (South City)on NH 8 at 0730 AM.

This is a new track, which is still not fully explored. Further its difficulty level is at the max.

Guys kindly note for coordination for participation in OTR, we would recommend you join Northern India Offroad Club on Yahoo Groups, also as this time its been difficult coordinating at two different locations.

No harm in discussing the OTR & also confirming the participations here but, each participation has be be informed in NIOC also. This is needed to make and coordinate all arrangements.
