Amazing. Lot of senior hands from JT are coming. Good to see all the blokes after such a long time. I dont think we need to worry about recoveries or guidance now.

This is perfect for all 1st timers. Please try and come. You will learn a lot. And the rest of us will keep learning.

TV9 channel is interested in covering the Off-roading event on 1st March 2009. The crew will be joining us from Magadi Road - Reliance Petrol station.

That reminds me of 2 things:

#1: Where is kittigadu? He has to still circulate the DVD of the previous event that was covered by TV-9

#2: Those whose 4x4's are NOT in good shape will get the MAXIMUM coverage from TV-9 folks :-)

Just reach the 'meeting point' and then you should be fine. Hop in/out of whichever 4x4 you wish to throughout the day from there on.

PS: am not sure of the parking facilities at the meeting point.

Kittigadu is right now juggling Bangalore Delhi and chennai to save his job and the world.
Mostly i cant make it. But i cant resist the temptation either.
Well, i always carry the TV9CD's with me for all the OTRs we had after that. Its just that i forget to distribute.

Dear Khan/Dwarak,
One small info needed. Please help.
For all those of us who do not have a 4X4 and wish to join you guys, is there a place where we could park our cars/bikes?
As in: If you guys have been to this place earlier, would there be some place where we could park our vehicles at the point where we start off roading or is there a residential area around our meeting point (Reliance filling station)? Don't want to get belted at home by asking my wifey to drop me till Magadi Road at 5:30 in the morning

Good info Sreeraj, I would be coming from Banashankari 3 Stage. If there is any fellow member(s) whom i could pick, please let me know. (If parking would be a problem, i would be getting my bike)

Starter,

Enough parking place is available at the base.

You can reach Kamakya Theatre or nearby and get picked up by somebody. we have to pass through BSK III Stage. I can pick you up too.

As most jeepers felt we should keep away the TV coverage, we are not calling TV9 fellows. But, folks please bring your cameras / camcorders to cover the event with commitment that they post the pictures and videos here in this forum.
