DXB-BHPians with Emarat 4x4 team desert drive pictures

Today we had a wonderful desert drive organised by Emarat 4x4 in which some DXB bhpians are members including me, steeroid, wheeler, joz, -GT- and island man. There were 3 groups, newbies, intermediates and expert drive. Approximately 50 vehicles participated in the drive, we had good fun in the sun. Some pictures, more to follow

Nice pictures. Must have been real fun.

Noticed a TATA sticker behind a Defender. Wonder why?

Do you have a Fortuner?

Can you give us your feedback in the testdrive/ownership reports thread? I used a Fortuner for a couple of days when I was in dubai and loved it. Many of us in India have been eagerly waiting for the launch here. Would love to hear your views since you have used it both on and off-road.

That certain gentleman also happens to have a Land Rover sticker on the rear of his safari! And a Jag too! Brand loyalty to the max!

Yes. it's so much of fun, steer might be posting about the number of vehicles he rescued and also his defender's coolant problem.

Nice pictures Vikram. Thats a great turnout. There seem to be more Toyotas in that bunch more than any other. Landcruisers still rule the roost I guess.
