I've had mine for about 3 years now and used the jump start feature at least a dozen times on cars ranging from a Baleno, Ford GPW to my LC. On some of my older cars, I have had to use it about 7-8 times consecutively.

I have had no problems until now and the unit seems to holding up just fine.

As for holding its charge - I haven't charged in about 4 months, used the jump start function twice and have 74% still left.

Its a great buy if you ask me!

Such good recommendation is definitely what we are here for.
Surely would invest in it. It will be in my Shopping cart during my next trip to USA, next summer, Insha'Allah
