Since the information on Mahindra's website is limited, I'm going to list out the procedures:

1. Fill the attached form & include copies of required documents (driving licence, RC book, tax receipt and insurance policy).

2. Cheque of Rs. 2,500 in favour of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

3. Drop off at your nearest Mahindra dealer.

4. Send an email to rizwy.arif@mahindra.com with your entry details. Any queries may also be forwarded to him.

NOTE : This is not an overnighter. Reach Shahpur early morning and return back late afternoon. Exact timings are awaited. Those coming from Mumbai can put up their confirmations here. We'll drive together in a convoy (about 1.5 hours to reach Shahpur from Sion Circle).
