NCR OTR 19th July (Sunday Morning)

Dear jeepers,

Date : 19th July Sunday

Starting time : 5.30 a.m.

Route : Badshahpur extention route.

Please find below the updated list of jeepers who have confirmed as on date :-

In Jee In.

Jeep (Cj3B ) ready to run now, new master cylinder, all new wheel cylinders, new brake lines, new brake pads, clutch play adjusted, battery housing repaired, new sheet welded, rear left leaf spring changed ( it was broken ), new Stanley seal beam lights installed, steering play corrected, alternator bolt welded and changed. Loose rear axle nut tightened, various bits and pieces corrected, radiator repaired, new rubber hoses fitted.
Danish's dad ( my Phoopha ) was here in Gurgaon for a visit and he got everything done for me.

Also new seat cover, new carpets. The Jeep is sounding good, purring like a cat and ready to go. WIll take it round to General Sb. ( Rabindra Singh's ) house later today.

Total damage bill Rs. 6,100. But its a Jeep thing, only Jeepers will understand, I love driving it more than any other car ever.

Is this event suitable only for Jeeps.

I am looking for an Off roading event in NCR in this rainy season, but I have suzuki GV.

Is it going to be extreme kind of off roading as only jeeps are involved ? I am a novice and never done off roading

I would let Sarvinder (SSS to us NIOC guys) comment on this, but why dont you check out the OTR pics and see whether you would like to put your GV through what all we do at OTR's!!!

You can join us on 19th the Sunday morning 5.30 a.m. at Signature towers crossing on N.H. 8 in Gurgaon. Any kind of 4x4's is allowed.Looking forward to see you. Rest you can co-ordinate with Harjeev for further details.

NO 2X4'S ARE ALLOWED. PLS CARRY ENOUGH DRINKING WATER AND EATS FOR YOUR SELF ALONG WITH SPARE TYRE, JACK, TOOLS.
