Its better to "upload" the picture to tBHP itself, otherwise a small percentage of members will be able to see the pic

This is not my picture. I was just trying to give the link as the photographer is not posting here. I have already given my version of the report.

Oh ok, thats fine. But by hotlinking facebook picture, all members not logged into facebook(or cannot due to office firewalls) will be unable to see picture.
ITs best to put gallery link.
I will PM harjeev to put pictures here also if possible!
