Babu,

I reckon now with couple of OTR's under the belt, it is, quoting Quick Gun Murugan, "The earth is my bed, the sky is my ceiling, the whole creation is my native place..."

I hope to make it to the next OTR to see you guys in action.

After this crossing of the river bed, we passed through a very narrow passage. It was scratching left & right. We were afraid if any reptiles may just fall inside the jeep.

Eagerly waiting for the snacks. Hehe

The previous OTR had made many jeepers more disciplined

Look at the eatables. Slowly it kept coming out from each jeep. Infact it was so much excess and we gave it to the care taker over there.

Who said we jeepers are Environmental un-Friendly

This kid was left actually driving the jeep.

Once we are done with this, we all left. Me & Vijay filled fuel in Chikaballapur town and when we came to road, we see our svsantosh stopped right in the center of the road.

Traffic starts getting worst. We stop to see what is the problem. He says it got stalled and switched off. Not starting. Since the traffic was bad, we thought of pulling it to a side little further to check. But luckily before that when we opened, we see the negative terminal of the battery has popped out.

Thats it. Fix it back and ask him not to stop engine or stall it. The battery was swapped from Prabhuav jeep. So, the terminals was loose on this battery. So, it was sliping and not getting started.

Then we go couple of kms and again the next jeep is in trouble. This time it was prabhu jeep. He says it wobbles like hell and cant continue.

Vijay gets to work, checks to find the steering mounts little loose.

Road side mechanic. lol.

Finally we reach and meet with the other Jeepers in Devanahalli Road to say a good bye to fellow jeepers and get going to our house.

- The End -

I didnt know all this happened. Saw vijay and team standing at one point . but didnt know all these happened. I had taken the road that has sparse traffic - The NH 207 which leads us to Hoskote and from there to sarjapur Road . I was worried during the whole drive if the Jeep will have some trouble. If we had then that was it. We had to be there till morning as there were very few vehicles passing through and none looked the type that they will help a desolate lone jeeper.

While coming back I had my soft top taken off as the climate was good. but after turning from the Devenahalli road it started drizzling . But we were not getting wet. The water was going above our head due to the speed and the wind shield. It was a pleasant drive in the rain without the softtop and without getting drenched. :-)

But I jeep also have developed wobbling now. think the steering column is at fault and the clutch is too heavy. Vehicle is at the mechanic now .
