| ![]() Hi guys, Sanjay & I are here in Johor baru, and today was the first day of prolog, we got ourselves two 4 dr Pajero's to follow the Lankan team. Foundation is already set to have the first Mahendra in RFC next year driven by Sanjay. The fear of RFC was drastically reduced when he saw the action live. Will update with some pitures soon cheers Sean |

| ![]() I am extremely happy that Sri Lanka won 3 rd Overall in the RFC. What is special about this win was we all felt part of it. Especially Sanjay David in our party gave us a hand and kept the morale up in the camp. Also personally, it is a milestone for me in the Sri Lanka 4x4 scene, where we persisted with the equipment we knew, and we went to challenge the global players with knowledge polished locally. While the trend in Malaysia is to use high powered petrol engines from sports cars with light framed 4x4 vehicles equipped PTO "God" winch, our boys completed in top three with a 2.5 litre turbochrged diesel Land Rover with stock axles and an electric winch. This is enough proof that even the Indian 4x4's such as MM540 and the Gypsy with a little modification, can complete the RFC in a decent ranking when it is in the hands of the right team. Good luck with your 4x4's, and I Hope to see the first Indian team to take of RFC 2010. Count on my 100% support for Team India. |
