I'm coming for sure, but only issue, i'll be able to leave bombay at 9pm!

Sorry for the delay, but Ashish (passenger) and I will be getting done with work only by 8.30..

Ok now that Alibaug OTR is done with, where do we have the next one?

Some thoughts from my side:

1. Malshej Ghat (the stretch towards Shivneri after the Malshej Ghat). There is a fork in the road. Left goes to Ahmednagar and Nanded and the right fork goes to Shivneri. On the left fork there is a water reservoir and villages so we should probably avoid. On the right fork there is nothing for several KMs but rocky terrain until you reach Shivneri.

There is some tourist activity on this route towards Shivneri fort so we may have to head inland away from the main road.

2. Bhadardhara Dam: I went here on my bike and just getting there was a mini OTR session. Once you cross Ghoti village there isn't any major village presence around the dam itself. Looked like a lot of OTR opportunities there

3. There is a turn-off to the left of the highway after Kasara ghat. This leads to a large expanse of unoccupied land. I didn't have too much time to check it out yet but there aren't any people there (although they do seem to magically appear at our OTRs)

Recce time?

I am out of OTR scene atleast for 2 weeks,

This week i will be in cochin and again next week i will be out of town.

If possible take a break guys, i dont want to miss on any OTR.

Yeah, even i need a break. My friends are mighty pissed off due to my continuous lack of presence on saturday nights.

BTW, GS, why don't you and desmo or someone do a recce of the place if possible?
