Dear Mohan, That's a VERY comprehensive list of items you carry. GREAT. I think people can just emulate your list and should be ready for any sitation during the OTR.

Can we have a picture of the fiber bag. That should give ideas on how to store all these. Most of us store all such stuff in the old fashioned tin box..

Allan, you can test your gypsy on the expressway and then park it at my friend's bungalow at lonavla and then ride with me. I'll get a few pointers from you that way and also need to discuss a few things with you as well.

Guys lets meetup by 7 am at sion circle.

guys from Pune can meet us at our normal meeting point, near entrance of rajmachi.

So far i got a call from Imran and Danny so i think they are on for this.

rest i know few who are always on for OTR.. so start confirming

I know couple of people who got PTO on their vehicles here - your truly, and Dr. Mohan both hasve it. Heck, all Gurkha owners have it - it comes as standard fitment.

Just run a search on TBHP, PTO are not very costly and you can get them easily.

Are we making use of PTO - NO, not yet. I am planning on something, but lets see when it materializes.

Hello everybody, 19th Feb.Friday is a state Holiday-->Saturday---> Sunday.
So we can plan something big and spectacular.
I had an idea ,why not a jungle this time?
Roughly 35 km away from Alibag there is a large forest called as Phansad which is serene ,safe and largely unknown.

I had been there once and had posted a few photos:

Many trails were closed and only a few trails are designated for vehicles.

Will have a talk with the DFO and would do some sightseeing to find out if there is any good offroading trail.
I plan to go this Sunday ,anyone wants to join me,you are most welcome.
However it would be great fun if we could all plan for the Feb 20th,that is Saturday Offroading, night in the Jungle,campfire,wild boar barbeque etc and then leave the forest next day,then drench in the sea at Kashid beach and leave for home.
Tents,food and all other sundries can be arranged.

Ladies,most welcome,its safe and secure.
There is a Forest Guest House where ladies may put up.

Hence this would need good planning.

Please start putting up your suggestions,time is short.

BTW if there are suggestions for some other site we might do that instead.
