The Pictures, didnt do any justice to the trial, the video is awesome and at least reflects what can be expected, wish i could have been their, the trail looks to be the one, which every offroader dreams of.
My heartiest wishes to all the guys participating in the event. This is going to be a rocking experience.

Venkat took that video using my camera. He had the camera at 90° initially, I did not realise the effect of this action would be so good .

I am uploading all the videos in my camera for TPC10Recce#6 & TPC10Recce#7. It is taking some time, and I will be putting up the details later.

In the meantime, you can view the videos at the following link :

Arka if someone want's to come and watch the event for one day or say half a day and they can manage their own? is this applicable or allowed?

I feel its too restrictive a deal.

I just had a look at all your photos, Awesome!! Very, very nice play grounds you guys have!
Just one thing, as per the video`s a few vehicles got stuck fairly easy, did you guys deflate your tyres? And if how much?

It is difficult for the spectators to come on their own as there are no marked directions etc.

Also, the terrain is as unforgiving

Hi Jaggu,

1) The Package is from 12th Night to 15th August (Breakfast). There is no discount/refund for those who wish to attend only for a day.

2) We Prefer the Photographer-Spectator to be embedded with the O-Team for the following reasons.

i) They CANNOT find their way to and on the Riverbed.

ii) They do not have vehicles which will take them into the riverbed.

iii) And since this is an off-road competition we want to create minimum distractions for the competitors.

I know the rules are restrictive, it to separate the motivated ones from the bystanders.

Regards,

Arka

Hi Wild Card,

The Terrain is Sandy Riverbed (110Kms). The Obstacles are basically abandoned sand quarries.

We surely deflate our tyres, but in the competition, the vehicles mainly get stuck in the muddy sections (Sand & Mud) or if the cross member gets stuck on a mound.

Regards,

Arka

I guess this recce would be an interesting one considering the rainy season has begun, i wonder if there are any dams up stream? I hope there is no flash floods on the river bed then it would end up as a rescue mission!

Anyways no recce for me till i get back, my Gurkha is up for sale on T-BHP!
