Pune OTR section-plans and discussions

Hi Guys,I thought it made sense to start this thread so the Pune boys also have a place to discuss and plan any upcoming OTR's.

Hopefully this way things will be better planned.

This thread in no way has been started to insulate or seperate the mumbai and Pune guys but to make it easier for both groups to know what is happening around Pune,so we can better coordinate, that way anybody who wants to make it for a pune otr can plan ahead.

This is really good as every one will know as to when and where well in advance. And even the Mumbai gang can plan their trip to Pune whenever we plan something. I think now the Mumbai gang will not have any complains. Anyways the last to OTR's where last moment plans and were very short ones the place that we went to is more like a technical track spread up in a small area. But the next time we plan one it will be all here right on this thread. All you guys are welcome.

Good going!

I think you should post this thread's link on the mumbai thread so that the others will know about it.

Good to meet the Pune crew and their rides! Surely there must be some OTR opportunities off the expressway that we can explore?

I'm a newbie, with a 4x4 Endy, scared to experiment much, but I'm hoping a little initiation will make me a die-hard member of the TBHP OTR family

Sunday Trail Recce

Guys me and mud slinger along with tigerranch are doing a trail recce to the Lavasa region this sunday.

As it so happens this trail was first showed to me by Alfakilo when he lived in pune.

This trail is 11km long and is very muddy with 2 or 3 water crossings.
The last time i was there it was very hardcore.

If anybody wants to join us Pm me.

Hi Tejas no change in plans, i never said i would come to Kamshet.

I have done the SOH on my bike quite a few times and apart from the wonderfull view at the top the trail is not challenging at all for a 4x4.

I haven't been off road for a bit and wanted to take advantage of the lovely weather .
