I really like Davids BOA, but true, we need to include Pune, Thane, etc as well..

WIND is quite nice too actually - inspite of it 'passing' in the background!

WIN = Western India NoMADs

Guys keep your list ready so that we can discuss it on Saturday night as Tejus suggested.

Since Tejus would be getting numbered stickers, I was just wondering if anyone here is superstitious about any particular number or sum of numbers.

Sorry Vetoed!
+1 to this.. My dirty mind is already at play!

Most of you guys might be passing through Chembur (Diamond Garden) - Can I please request for someone to meet me there? The classic might require some basic set-up!!

I'm exited!!

You'll be surprized by the number of calls i got for reserving numbers! Alok, you'll have to fight it out with ibrahim for lucky number 7!

I think, i gonna start auctioning the numbers and make some money!

Prasad, i will coordinate with you. Please check if the 4x4 lever is working and get all oiling done. Also, if you have free wheeling hubs, please get them checked.

Pinky Singh just called, he will come on Sunday morning.

Guys, please keep the mention of alcohol out. Teambhp rules are very strict and lead to immediate bans. Mods please excuse this time.

EDIT:

Guys, no more number blocking. Stickers will be randomly given after a final count of vehicles. Assuming there are 20 vehicles, there will be 4 groups of 5 vehicles with the lead and tail vehicle of each group being equipped with recovery gear and driven by experienced drivers.
I will draw up an excel list of participants after the final count by tomorrow afternoon and we'll all sit tomorrow evening and allot numbers. Please no chaos regarding numbers. This is one of the most minor things and let's not dedicate any more time and energy to this discussion.

Hats Off to Dr. Mohan, whenever he is organizing the response is always overwhleming, same happend with Sawarsi OTR.

I think we should request him to become official organizer for WIND's OTR.

Cheers!

Alok

This happens to be the final list....or is it?

Saturday+Sunday

1. Allan (Gypsy?)+2
2. Mohan (Gorkha)
3. Ibrahim (Gypsy)+1
4. Alok +3 Guest (Gypsy)
5. Tejas (Mahindra Classic)+?
6. Soumya (Innova - only on the road)+?
7. Paras (passenger)
8. Devang (Gypsy)+?
9. Hussain (Willys or Kaiser) +GF?
10.James (Whicked Wheels) +3
11.Prashant (Cloud Chaser) (Pajero)+Wife
12.David (davids4x4mm550) (as passenger)
13. Pinkybhai (Gorkha)
14 RT GTR +wife.
15 Rhandle.

That makes it 28 people.
We could accommodate them IF Paras ,Soumya and Prashant get their tents.I guess they would be getting these.

Ladies would need a changing room and I have made provisions for the same.

Guys, had been busy today with emergencies ( I own and run an ICU), will post the details of our Program in an hour or so. BTW I envy you Tejas, you guys put up with elective dental procedures,we have to be on call 24 x 7..believe me its a dog's life

Meanwhile some photos :
1)Road leading to our staying place, cottage on the right side.
2-Beach where we will have hungama.
3)-Acres of slush, where we will have a night OTR. This is a special recipe for Dev and Ibrahim.
4)Water crossing site.
5) Church for Allan.
