I feel sufficient answers have been given during the EXAMM, we have passed the EXAMM that means the answers were good enough.

Chal point taken! I tried my best to get the Thar stuck, unforunately, the driver was smart and refused to get baited! There was a stretch of approx 50 meters of slush which at areas was knee deep. My jeep went till midway and then had to be pulled back. I tried to bait BD by saying you have power plough through, but alas!!!

However, that road cave in was bad where the Thar slid into the ditch and had to be winched out. It does speak about build quality, cause it ran without damages after taking that sudden fall and landing bang center on the chassis (parallel-ly).

I also wanted to park the thar and then drive around it in my classic and shoot a video of it titled: Classic doing rings around the Thar!

To ward off the branches of trees and bushes from damaging the windscreen.

They are called branch deflectors. They are used to deflect the branches towards the top of the jeep. Thus, they do not snap in your face after hitting against the windscreen. It's very essential for people who have no doors. Gypsy and 550 guys can just roll up their windows.
