Hi All, Today I am finally out of the hangover of Alfa Kilo's Trail

After a long gap of years, I finally stepped out of home to do such a thing .It turned out to be a beautiful experiance, of both the Nature & offroading.

I was a treker first ,then a biker & finally landed in a Landy ( not to forget my 540 the first love). So many years back I used to trek in western regions of Maharashtra. Now this trip has refreshed all those memories . I am not new to outdoor trips but was little doubtful about myself( about off road driving) as to whether I can complete the trail or not . But soon I forgot all other things & joined the flow with others. It took a mile or two to settle in . Once I had that mental momentum & the rest was sheer enjoyment . I wished I could have stayed longer & driven more, in that area on sunday.

The beauty of nature was overflowing that day, as you can see in all the pictures. More than that it was the gathering of likeminded friendly & helping people which made this tour more pleasent.

Thease kind of things need some ammount of concentration, plus the togetherness of man & machine. But when you achive that, sheer enjoyment awaits at every corner. I achived this after a gap of years, thanks to All who were there . I did this in your company.

This trail has started a new chapter in my offroading & outdoor life .

It is a moment of joy for a DIY( Do It Yourself ) guy like me to test the things for which I had done days & days of labour. The Land Rover prooved good. This trip gave me so much of satisfaction ,in that sence also.
I must thank every one who was there .

Thanks to Soumya(Genesis) & Kishorji(Tigerranch) , I have copied your photos for my profile pictures . Hope you allow me to do so . Thease Images are my proud possessions Thanks.

Kunal, James , Amit Thanks

Yours Sudarshan

Many Thanks to Mr. Kishor (tiger ranch), sir without you i wouldn't have cleared even one Obstacle, you are one good mentor and a spotter as well. If by the next OTR your jeep isn't ready, please promise that you will be my passenger.

BTW, i was the only one to get my Jeep stuck twice, hope all you guys will excuse me as this was the first time. The entire group was amazing and 2 guys who wont stop at any obstacle were Nishant and Ibhrahim. Hopefully will submit a complete report by today evening.

Had too much fun and eagerly waiting for the next one. More Photos please, i know their are loads of them.
Amit Thanx(4x4 cruiser ). my machine wont be ready by the 15th. I will definitely jump in your Jeep.

Cheers

Awesome terrain, I can only imagine the amount of fun you guys must have had. And no leaches too. I am still scratching at the leach bites from Sharavathy OTR two weeks back.

There is an altogether different kind of fun in offroading in a small group.
