He he he the jeep drunk so much of water so it couldn't be started. We have to pump out lots of water from engine block, differntials and all other mechanicals in the jeep.

Later 13th Aug that particular CJ5 jeep participated in some OTR in chennai too.

Actually the MM550 which went before the CJ5 crossed the river without an issue, but the CJ5 got into water pressure and pushed into shalow and pressurized area leading it to get stuck.

Since this videos were shot with Mobile camera, we had no good clips to post the recovery videos. May be next time when we do the same thing will have more clipings.

That's upto you, don't comment before seeing the damages happen to the Swift. Will post the videos as I couldnt edit the MP4 with windows moviemaker taking time to process the clips.

Siva - lets try to avoid such water crossings as much as possible. I, for one, hate them and learnt many a thing about water crossing!! If it is a shallow fording, unavoidable, it is Ok. But, engine damage is the last thing anyone needs in a fun event.

True my friend. The Kaveri river crossing and accidental entry into the shallow fording was an experience.

siva i was kidding,what was the damage to swift ?if it was dangerous why did the owner take such risk taking it offroad.
