Fantastic

Hi Robinson,

This is a great Initiative, and really looking forward to this becoming a competitive off-road event.

I have one suggestion.

Please keep the off-road bit 2-3Days. Other wise driving up for just one day off-road, does not justify the logistics for people coming from far.

Regards,

Arka

Hi Arka,

Thank you for your suggestion. We do have plans to keep it for two days. The 2nd day 28th will be optional, as its going to be really extreme. Participants will have the choice to take part or opt out.

Will look forward for your inputs for the competitive OTR in the future.

Regards

Where are the Chennai boys? I don't see Arka and gang in this list.

EDIT:

How far is Munnar from Cochin? I may "borrow" my classic then in case i don't get my new 4x4 by november.

Am sure Arka has initiated discussion with his team.

Try your best to get your new machine. Can have a exciting maiden trip. And am sure its gonna be a cake walk in any track.

Cochin - Munnar / Vattavada is about 170 kms.

Dear Arka, Thanks for your wishes. We understand that its not worth driving so long for a one day event. So as Robinson mentioned we had thought about it and kept an event for day 2 aswell. But its optional so that only who wants can participate.Hope to see you and your team in Munnar.

Hi Shibu & Robinson,

Please Clarify the following regarding the itinerary.

Nov 26 - Reporting/Registering/Assemble -
WHERE?
WILL Accommodation be provided?
is it included in the Registration fees?

Nov 27 - Day#1 off-road (Does the Registration Fees include night stay?)

Nov 28 - Day#2 details for 28th
What are the off-road details for Day#2?
What are the accommodation details?
What are the additional expenses?

I'm asking these questions as it is difficult to get accommodation in Munnar, If we need to make our own arrangement, we can start work right away.

What is the last date for Registration & making Payment.

Regards,

Arka

PS - @ Tejas, you will see us on the list when we can give 100% confirmation
