Guys i was busy with AKC organisation.Hence no posts from me

This time around we have a website , which will hopefully make things simpler for both the organisers and participants.

We will have a website up by tomorrow evening with all the relevant details and an online registration form.

I will post the link on team bhp.guys please start sending in your registartions as soon as possible.

We will not be collecting any sensitive info on the online forms. Payments will be made via DD or online bank transfer.The bank info will be sent to you via email once we have your registration details and verify the form is complete.

we are taking care of the food and resort accommodation for all participants which will be included in the cost, so no need for participants to bother with these details.

When you register you will get an email with all the event details.only after payment is made will your registration and booking be final.

Guys please bear with us, we hope to make this an event to remember.

All information regarding the AKC is up on the site and you can directly register on the site.

All The information you will be providing is non crictical and not store on any online database.

The info you do provide will not be shared with anyone.

Registering is a simple process and you will recieve an email from the akc team after you register with your indemnity form as a doc file which you should print out and hand over on the day of the event . You will also recieve some important information like bank details etc.

we have put up the website to make things easier for both the organisers and participants.

The Akc team has been working very hard to ensure all participants have a blast this year.

We have tried to keep costs as low as possible.

As Karjat is a weekend getaway,Resort accommodation cost is fairly high.

The accomodation we are providing will be simple but clean with attached bathrooms.

Accommodation will be shared and some of us will have to sleep dormitory style.

You can expect an awesome trail! good food and a comfortable stay.

Is there a cap on max number of participants? I wish there was a gap of atleast ONE day between AKC and EXAMM.

Hi Andy thanks for your registration

We have a cap of 50 vehicles which is quite large!

Dont worry you could consider saturday the 16th a gap day as the hardcore EXAMM event is on sunday.The Mud drag is just the appetizer.
the drive from AKC Venue to Examm will be lovely!

I think a 10+ contingent is representing Hyderabad, you feel capping at 50 is fine?
Also, all here are foodies plus Jeepers. We also are extremely accommodating.
