That Gypsy has
1) ARB lockers - front and rear
2) Warn winch 6000 + ARB bumper
3) Full Safari snorkel
4) Old Man Emu suspension

Starter - Its my friends - Mohan - so can confirm these are actually installed. do call me if you need any additional info

Just the two lockers + air compressor + installation = 1.65L

WOW thats a lotta money to do what most 40s and 50s jeeps can do anyway. I know Im gonna get belted for saying this but I fail to see the real reason behind such extravagant mods!!!

@wolf - there is thread somewhere here on team bhp, which talks about how much people have spent on thier 40s ,50s jeeps ... just to get them to run and look decent. take a look at it.

Fortunately, he is not on team-BHP, so he won't see your message or take offense. But, it is a personal preference, I don't think we have a right to tell him how much he should spend. It is his money.

Sir, guess you are in the wrong place

As siddhu mentioned, check the other threads. Infact, there are multiple thread that talks the history from the they jeep was bought [including the one from scraps] to the day it came out in glory.

That's why these are done with passions and not just because one has money, and not worth to discuss the worthiness. Because "worth" is different for different people
