What was the cost of the Bilstien B6 on the THAR? and what was the handling difference before and after.

Also how much difference did the Pete's tuning box made and what was its cost?What is the rated increment with a Pete's box on the Thar?

Those Bilstien B6 would cost around 40K. really good one it terms of handling on tarmac. For off road, we dint try extreme with Thar.

As of now, Thar is running stock without Pete's box.

These are amazing pics.. Nice trail...I am really suprised to see Scropio doing these stunts in water and on those jumps... Was this not designed as "soft rd SUV"?

I would like to know what tyres are shod on the jeep in extreme right in pic no 6 in first page and also what alloys/rims are they? Any info share on tyres will be highly appreciated

That's a Invader. The vehicle is quite capable, with some amount of modification, you can use for extreme tracks.

Those are Maxxis Creepy crawler and the rims are 550 (army rims).

After all that hard work in the water / slush / sand and rock, all of us parked the vehicles under the shade for lunch.

We had the traditional mallu cuisine (Kappa & meat curry with pickle)

We had reached towards the end part of the day, with two more obstecles;

Short and slushy water cross &
Plantation drive

Slushy water cross was challenging, few vehicles got stuck badly. Gypsy / two cj3b's and the 540. They had to be winched or strapped out.











































Finally all of us got in to the stream to cool off our self.

Yup thats why i guessed there were no pics.Anyways Do let me know if you drive the Thar with the Pete's/PSI box.About its increase in power etc.BTW i like the small hard top given to it.
