and yes thats are vehicle
it serves as our personnel carrier once in the forest up north
its a very capable vehicle has a 4.2 litre v8
in delhi just getting ready for the trip
shall post pics as promised gto
cant wait for mumbai otr's to start

Isn't that fairly simple? All the dumpers/RMC trucks running around in the city are 6x4's with drive to their both rear axles. The front rear differential has a shaft running to rear rear?? differential.
If you meant modifying the existing/normal differential to that, than yes that would be tricky.

the cargo tub (or body) looks like mahindra maxx along with tail lights.

hmmm a land rover with mahindra parts.

Hi,
I saw the the silver / blue land rover defender in Goa during december .it then sported nice lightforce lights at the front.

The drive is taken from the PTO for the third axle.

@ xtreme power i hope you did not mind me clicking these pictures and posting them. i did take your drivers permission though (to click)

really like your collection. the modified vitara is not anywhere to be seen here..i had seen that too on the same route i clicked the 6*6.
that was a pretty neat job too.

i have a Range Rover 3.6 TD V8 (pics attached). would love to join in on your caravan on your expeditions!

Don't blame you for that. The rear seems to have been customised using a Mahindra tub & light arrangement.

yes, we have used parts of the mahindra for our 6x6 project,
manuuj will definitely let u know regarding our next exoedition,
we are leaving tommorow for one and its the first time for the vitara so pics shall come,
have posted then in a seperate thread though,
anyways shall sign off now,
can.t wait for the chandigarg and mumbai otr's
