Nope. That's an actor named Hareesh Peradi. He looks pretty similar though. He's done some remarkable antihero roles in Malayalam and Tamil in last 5-8 years.

Off topic: Yup mallus of 80-90’s generation will remember I.M Vijayan, Pappachan, Sathyan, Asif Saheer along with Kerala police team and Santhosh trophy. Those AIR and Doordarshan commentaries before the cable era.
My childhood memories ( high ranges of Kottayam ) are all filled with Jeep’s with “two gear sticks” and how my uncles used to ride them in the terrains with no roads . It seems Kerala has got some of the best off roading tracks and off roaders
