high and low ratios of the Fortuner transfer case?

Does anybody know the ratios of the Fortuner's transfer case? I have searched everywhere and have not found the information. i found the gearbox ratios and the final drive, but not the transfer case. I am looking to calculate the mph/1000rpm for the Fortuner in all 5 gears in both hi and lo. any help would be appreciated

1:2.566 for the South African 3.0 D4D MT - with same tyre size. Assume that it will be the same for the Indian version.

The crawl ratio for the MT Fort is 1:39.65
