Beboy, you are turning out to be a little Jay Leno amongst us find rare vehicles, apply reverse engineering, fabricate the part if the friendly scrap dealer charges a arm and a leg for a unavailable part... super!!

Neat job! Wouldn't you want to add extra support against the C section, all the way to the steering box top, for lateral stress ?

Hi Jyobeb

Very interesting project I must say! Would follow your updates on this. Really want to see how it turns out to be once completed. Looks so good when raw, I am just curious how awesome it would look!

Thanks Jasmeet. Let's hope it lives upto expectations.
@Lugnut. That specific area of the chassis is a double C section. Do you think I need to reinforce it more? I could always box that part up.

It is definitely shaping up nice. The structure looks huge. Am sure once done it will give all the contemporary SUV's a run for their money.

The truck is shaping up well, and I am sure that it is going to be "one of a kind"
