Will it look good with 215s?
Better go for 235. Will give the wider look. Steering will also not be that bad.

Akshay. Stay with 215. Looks good.

For 235, you will need highly negative offset alloys and spacers or else you will ned to put steering stops. With the horrible turning radius of the gypsy, this will make it worse. Not to mention heavy steering especially since the vehicle is only for city use.

Akshay, 215/75 is a good choice.

I recently upsized to 215/75 on gypsy rims on my CJ340. Geolandr.

I also tried 235/75 continental cross contact for some time. I preferred Geolandr 215.

Looks being subjective.

I am really impressed with the rims on this. What make/size is this? Where did you buy this?

+1 to that Sharath. I thought, i've found the alloys that i would buy when i upsize my tyres. That is exactly why i was asking Prashanth if he could share more details about it.
But this Sree has spoiled all my dreams
I hope, it ain't OEM.
Cheers,
Deepak

Even if it is not OE, it wont fit in your Gypsy. The PCD must be different

Not just different PCD, it is also a 6 bolt model. No, I wasn't hoping to buy it. Just admiring a nice design. Besides, my Jeep has alloys.

Hi All,

The Rims are the same one I had earlier on my Pajero. I am not sure if these are the stock ones as I own this machine since last 14 months only.

I have recently coloured them Black. Thinking of getting a red border done for the Rims, any suggestions?

I have seen similar Rims on one of Allans Landy. Will Check the details on the Rims and post more closer pics.

Edit: Found a picture in a old thread

Any idea on the going rates for Yoko Geo's 205 and 215 size for the Gypsy?

Planning to head down to negotiate on Wednesday.

Paid 5100 for geolandar 215/75 r15 last week. I think I paid a wee bit extra.

I think the same is available in Bangalore for 4800.
