The Gauge and thickness part was posted earlier for you and all.
There are many kind of rollbars and designs, just make sure it has more than cosmetic value on your Jeep.

this is roll cage design of a YJ. Im posting a few pics of my YJ to help you out. Let me know if you need any detailed pics . I would also suggest the YJ frame for your soft top, its brilliantly designed no rattles and its very easy to fold to the back. I fanybody else wants to fabricate this I shall post pics.

Hi Bluestraveller,

It would be quite interesting to see some pics of the soft top. I plan to install a similar contraption on my 540. Please post some detailed pics on the same as they would be a great help. Would also need your suggestions.

Thanks

Cheers !!!!!!!!

here is my thought about making a roll cage for the jeep. it needs professional guidance and a good fabricator to make and install a roll cage in the jeep.

Dear friends,
Many are concerned about the progress of my Jeep, thankyou!
The delay is due to the painter who gets drunk and passes out during working hours unfortunately, makes a million excuses for his absence at work. My target is next 15 days hopefully and I also keep my fingers crossed that the end result does not disappoint you.
Thanks again.

Parm,
What is the purpose of making a roll cage that is more a cage? A thick guage roll bar which is well designed should serve the purpose and cost less.
