From a mm540 to a wicked offroader.(the build is on).

Hi guys, this is my first thread and my first jeep project. I wanted to build a one of a kind offroader which could take me anywhere. I loved the mm540 from the first day i saw it and allways wished to own one some day. My dream came true when a friend of mine told me about a mm540 which was put on sale by his friend.

Hi Prmd_cochin its really good to see so many guys doing jeeps we can sure get good ideas from each other.
To continue with my story i bought the jeep because the engine was very good and the battery was new. The deal was made for Rs41,000. Its a 92 model. Well i started work on it in august. The jeep was totally stripped down and the body work was done, first the new floor was made and put on and then then the whole body shell was removed. Here are some pics

I think thats a Toyota FJ40?

Dear whicked wheels:
Your jeep will certainly look aggressive when finished. Nice & Unique job.

BTW, I saw on the net that there was only one CJ-4A Produced as a concept Jeep. It had grill of CJ-5 & Fenders & frame of CJ-3.
Found it by random Googling
