Vijay sir, Can you clarify the costing for the MM550? I hope I read wrong that its 18k for MM 550 and just 11k for Gypsy?

Will PM you/call you for other details.

Hi Samurai if you want i check availability with Raghavendra, local dealer for the product, now i can confidently recommend to all of you, because last 20 days i tested in my gypsy total 8500 Kms Bangalore to ladakh and back to Bangalore.

At cost of repetition the product site supposedly makes claim of increase tyre life. Any comments?

Hi Sudev i don't know about tyre life, tyre life as per my knowledge depends on user and the terrain.

Here is a test report that was sent to me by email by the company. They tested some parameters on both metal springs & composite springs on a Ford Endeavor.
Case study on Carbon Fibre spring suspension for FORD ENDEVOUR THUNDER.pdf

Am sharing it here to get views on how this would translate to off-road situations -- especially where not just lateral flex but rotational flex during articulation would be induced.

I had opened my cheque book, I was that ready before I was told they don't have fiber leafs for CJ/CL340. I have to send them a leaf set for 340 so that they can make one.

I got the composite leaf springs installed today in my Gypsy. Will test them out thoroughly in the next few weeks/months in all types of conditons.

Let's see how they perform on a SPoA setup. The camber seems more than stock and the Gypsy is raised by ~1" in the rear now.

BTW, I am waiting for feedback from you also on your composite leafs. especially that you also have SPoA now on the jeep.

Looks like this thread is being instrumental in lot of queries and takers for the CFLS.

I am sure the ride is going to be better if those stats are true.

Also strange that they have issues with it being used in the front? Any idea what are the issues they are facing?

The traction bar/ bam bar prevents axle wrap which is usually a negative effect of an SPOA conversion.
