It will not increase the GC. I believe that the only way to increase the GC is to increase the tyre height. So if you increase the tyre height by 2 inches the GC increases by 1 inch.. |

I doubt that it will make the difff go up but on the contrary the diff will remain where they are and by adding the extra leafs the lower most leaf will come down by the exact thickness of the extra leafs that you put in extra. This is my opinion though, lets wait for the comments of experts! |

because the body is attached to the springs! Keep the axle as the datum. And you are adding 1 inch thick packing below the OE spring & axle. So the spring mounting point moves down by 1 inch with respect to the datum. Naturally the body & chassis, which is attached to the spring also will move down by 1 inch. |
