Superb thread!! Rated 5 star!! Frankie dude you just pushed me into another dreamland!! Where is your Jeep? Remember seeing it in Aavalakonda. It was looking equally fantastic. Do you have FFRA and such mods on the 5xx too? Please list a few performance mods too:-)

Thanks Madhkris. The 550 is got the stock axle. however the 550 is going to get a new 57"OKBJ front axle.

What mods do you want to know about? JEEP is an extremely capable machine in the stock form

Depends on your luck , anywhere between 15k to 25k.
Rear you can go for FC truck axle which is 58"

Good idea Twinn. The material used is canvas.It is waterproof.

This is a CJ3A with isuzu G1 engine and Isuzu 4-speed tranny with 11/41 crown pinion.

Thanks a ton Frankenstein for sharing these amazing, jaw dropping pictures. I feel if even Willys were still in production they might have not done such a great job. Please keep posting I am anxious to see more.

I remember this jeep when in build up stage at Habeeb bhai garage at katchiguda, I see the owner is very enthusiastic person, having the rack in the rear, air cleaner which I never saw on other jeeps, there was a special 'jeep' engraving/embossing done on the window on the windshield but never saw the out come personally but now just dumbstruck with the pictures.
