If in warranty the brakes would be upgraded by mahindra free of cost, provided you give them a good reason for doing so and make your point heard to the right folks. Else, shell out the bucks..

Today changed all rear 4 bushes inside CFL and replaced the Engine oil with Mahindra FEO semi synth at ASC.
Do you have any idea if these will fit the Bolero 4WD? I saw that you have a Bolero DI 4WD. If not, do you have any idea if Bilsteins are available for Bolero. The ride quality is very harsh on the Bolero 4WD.

Bilstein part number which i have given in this thread will fit only on THAR CRDe,SCORPIO 4wd/Get Away 4wd.

Ride quality can be improved by gas shocks, try MONROEs. Don't use CFL at rear if your planning any time to ride with full seats/load.
Rear travel is v high and the same will hit the chassis.

The solution is as follows: Please go to an M&M dealer and purchase the lower flexible clutch hose, banjo bolt and 2 brass washers of "Scorpio M2DI" vehicle. Remove the small black hose and fit these parts in its place. The parts will fit perfectly. The thread on the banjo is same as that on the slave cylinder. As the banjo offers a 90 degree bend by configuration, you can route the pipe away from ground level which is not possible in the small black hose as it has a straight inlet and has to enter the slave cylinder from the bottom side only. Use tie clips to judiciously tie the hose so as to provide smooth bends (minimum radius of 100 mm). Please ensure that you have working clearance with the LH torsion bar. As a vehicle packaging engineer, I will want 10 mm here in dynamic condition (full articulation). Bleed the system and you are in business. You will agree that there is no rocket science here, just plain and simple observation of a family of vehicles and putting 2+2 together to permanently lick the issue, which I cannot lick in production, as I have mentioned in point 1 above. I hope you will understand and appreciate.

Guys, now time to change/upgrade our clutch slave cylinder pipe with the options below as explained by Mr BD to save from extreme offloading conditions.

Use any of the below pipes.

1)XYLO clutch pipes.

or

2)XYLO front break pipes.

or

3)TATA 207 front break pipes.

All of the above are from TVS Grilling and its a direct fit.Pictures below in order. Tuck in rightly with plastic tags.
