A friend recently has placed order for the brake upgrade kit with Mahindra service centre at Bhayander(forgot the name) and is waiting for parts to come.Will let you know once its done.

If in warranty the brakes would be upgraded by mahindra free of cost, provided you give them a good reason for doing so and make your point heard to the right folks. Else, shell out the bucks..

Today changed all rear 4 bushes inside CFL and replaced the Engine oil with Mahindra FEO semi synth at ASC.

Do you have any idea if these will fit the Bolero 4WD? I saw that you have a Bolero DI 4WD. If not, do you have any idea if Bilsteins are available for Bolero. The ride quality is very harsh on the Bolero 4WD.

Bilstein part number which i have given in this thread will fit only on THAR CRDe,SCORPIO 4wd/Get Away 4wd.

Ride quality can be improved by gas shocks, try MONROEs. Don't use CFL at rear if your planning any time to ride with full seats/load.
Rear travel is v high and the same will hit the chassis.

Any ASC can do.I have done it in India Garage at Peenya.

Guys, now time to change/upgrade our clutch slave cylinder pipe with the options below as explained by Mr BD to save from extreme offloading conditions.

Use any of the below pipes.

1)XYLO clutch pipes.

or

2)XYLO front break pipes.

or

3)TATA 207 front break pipes.


All of the above are from TVS Grilling and its a direct fit.Pictures below in order. Tuck in rightly with plastic tags.

Yes, I have got them upgraded to Scorpio Brake Booster + Master Cylinder.
It works pretty well now

Got full shell scraped and getting painted with Mat black on the top and Mat Glistening grey on the shell all from DUPONT.
